REPUTEDLY BUILT IN 1687; THIS IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE OLDEST HOUSES IN FARNHAM COMMON. IT STILL HAS A HOST OF ORIGINAL FEATURES, NOT LEAST, THE ORIGINAL OAK BEAMS, IT IS BELIEVED MANY WERE SOURCED FROM SHIPYARDS AT THE TIME. THE DOORS COULD WELL BE ORIGINAL AND THE BUILDING DESIGNED IN THE QUEEN ANN TRADITION IS FULL OF CHARACTER!
