C18. Red brick; Copthall, machine tile-hipped roof, Little Copthall, old tile
mansard roof, behind parapet with stone coping. Two storeys and attic.
Copthall: Two dormers. First floor with 3 sashes, one bricked-in. Ground floor
with 3 sashes. On the left hand side wall, door with hood on brackets. Little
Copthall: Ground and first floors with one sash window each. Single dormer
window in the roof.
