A building of circa 1800 of grey gault brick in Flemish bond. Three-storeys
with attics within mansard roof. Of 3 window range. All windows above the
ground floor are original with double hung sashes having marginal lights.
Ground floor, north end, has an Ionic portico with fluted columns and entablature.
One dormer window of double width centrally placed with flat top and original
sash windows. Plan rectangular, with 2 end wall chimney stacks. Gambrel roof,
grey slated.
