Sharnberry Beck
GV II
Leat retaining walls. Probablymid C19 for London Lead Company. Roughly-
coursed and squared sandstone in dry construction. Walls c.l-metre high from
surface of water to ground level, channel Sharnberry Beck for c.40 metres
from the point where a boundary fence crosses the stream to a point c.10
metres south of retaining wall and level entrance.
