The Carriage Works today; The east of the building is home to A1 Steam Trust [Built the Tornado and currently building the Prince of Wales]and the west is home to the North Eastern Locomotive Preservation Group. It is great to see that in 2021 the workshops are still building and repairing mainline Steam Locomotives.
