Former stable with Loft, now barn. Late C18. Coursed sandstone rubble and
pantiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Squared quoins. Central boarded door in
flush surround with wide blocks below lintel; boarded loading door above and
window openings on outer bays with narrow, flush sills and lintels. Steeply-
pitched roof has raised verges with reverse-stepped gables. Pertaining to
East Farm but included for group value with The Hermitage (q.v.).
