Detached farmhouse. Late C17. Lias stone and rubble banded walls. Wooden shingle
roof, with stone gable-copings. Brick stacks at left and right hand gables.
2 storeys. 3 windows, of 3 and 4-light mullions with stone frames. Front door,
plank with 2 glass lights, and large wooden lintel over. Attic has 2-light stone
mullion window in east gable. Continuous outshut at rear, C17 with stone gable-
copings, includes the Cheese Room. Interior: plank-and-muntin partition on both
sides of entrance, c. C17. Fireplace: with large Ham stone lintel with plain-
chamfered Tudor arch. Mid-chamfered beams with filleted stops.
