Farmhouse. Probably late C18. Walls of flint with some brick banding. Stone
quoins, part replaced in brick. Hipped thatched roof. 2 brick stacks on ridge.
Original house of L-shaped plan, with later rear wing at right end. 2 storeys
and attic. Brick porch in angle of the wings, with hipped slate roof, extended
over timber posts. 6-panel door. Wing, at left end, has a mullioned and
transomed window with lead lights on ground floor, and a casement with lead
lights on first floor. In main range, ground floor has 2 C20 casements. First
floor has one similar casement, and one with cast iron glazing. Attic has one
hipped dormer with casements with lead lights. At right end, a flint and brick
lean-to with slate roof. Later rear wing at right end has flint walls with
brick dressings and slate roof. Section nearest main house of 2 storeys.
Beyond this an attached farm building, single-storeyed. Plain ledged doors
