Detached farmhouse, C17 with early C18 extensions and remodelling. Rendered
and whitewashed to main facade, exposed walls of flint, rubble and brick.
Tiled roofs. 2 storeys, 10 window range. 2-light iron casements with glazing
bars in architraves. Reset porch from the demolished Langton House by C R
Cockrell. This is of stone with Doric columns. Further doorway right of
centre has pedimented architrave. Heavy plank doors.
Internal features (RCHM): various stop-chamfered beams: C18 staircase with
