House. C17 and C18. Rear part timber-framed, front block witchert,
colourwashed and roughcast. Old tile roofs. 3 bays and 2 storeys.To
rear of north bay is timber-framed bay, probably orginally part
of Yolsum farmhouse (q.v.). Central 6-panel door with 2-light
leaded casement over. Outer bays have 3-light leaded casements.
Drip moulds over door and windows. Dentil eaves and gable verges.
Brick gables. Flanking stacks. Rear north west wing:stone ground
floor, some timber-framing to upper floor then timber-framed gable.
Inside timber-framing exposed with straight wall plate and tie beam
braces. Chamfered spine beams.
