Cottage. Medieval, altered C17. Cruck construction with timber
framing.Colourwashed plastered infill. Half hipped thatch roof. 3 bays
and one storey plus attic. Gable end to road. Door and 2-light
casement to gable with thatched lean-to at right. 2-light gable
casement. Off-centre door in left bay of long side elevation. Other
bays have 2-light casement. Central 2-light eaves dormer. Stack
between right hand bays. Medieval cruck truss exposed to gable and
foot of further trusses to side elevation, making it a 2-bay cruck house.
