Cottage and small dairy, now domestic store. Early C18. Timber framed,
brick infill; old tile gabled roof. Rectangular plan of 2 framed bays.
l½ storeys, small chimney on east roof slope. 2 small casement windows
and planked door on west front. Timber frame exposed internally, but
semi-derelict when surveyed.
