II
Farmhouse, now house. Mid C17, extended late C17 and late C18, altered
C20. Part timber framed, part painted brick. 2 cell T-plan with stair
turret at rear; extensions on either side. 2 storeys and attic. Flank
chimneys, that on left with offset head, and one at rear with offset
head and toothed cornice. West front:-symmetrical 2 bays. C20 flat roof
dormer with 2 casements. Wide sash windows in architrave frames with
segmental heads to those on ground floor. Early C2O closed, gabled tile
porch with 6 panelled door, the top 4 panels glazed. Interior:-a newel
stair rising the whole height.
