Cottage, now office. Mid C16 extended C17. Timber framed, refronted C18
in brick, with vitreous headers at rear; part painted roughcast, part painted
render. Old tile gabled roof. Rectangular plan of one framed bay at front
and one framed bay extension at rear. Small gable at rear. 2 storeys. One
tall chimney on front roof slope on left. Road front:- plinth. Small 2-light
C20 casement window in roughcast first floor. 6-panelled entrance door on
right of 3-light C20 shop window in rendered ground floor. Interior:- parts
of timber frame visible. This building may be the surviving bay from a former
range of timber framed cottages adjoining on the west.
