Circa 1860. Two pavilions, stucco with timber studding and polychrome brick
bases -one oblong with rounded corners, the other octagonal, smaller and set back, linked by curved tiled roof veramah, the roof of pavilions carried down to form verandahs all round-wood posts with rather Japanese heads. Shaped
tiles and prominent ridge tiles. Very tall grouped brick Tudor chimneys. Interior of oblong pavilion has trellis wallpaper and sky painted ceiling with birds. Small pavilion as kitchen with range. Sash windows and 2 glazed doors.
