Late C18 or early C19. Red brick. The cottage has cement plinth, early C19 closed
porch with ribbed door surround, paterae capitals, flush panel door. Two ground floor
semi-circular bow windows with double hung sashes and glazing bars. First floor
side windows have shutters. On left hand slightly recessed two storeys, one bay wing.
Tiled roof.
