Farmhouse. Circa 1870-1880. Unrendered stone rubble. Brick dressings. Slate
roof with large gable end brick stacks with oversailing courses to the capping, and
brick stacks to right side and gable end of rear service wing.
Plan: Symmetrical 2-room and central staircase plan with wide gable-ended service
wing to rear centre.
2 storeys. 3-window range. Symmetrical. C19 fenestration entirely intact, all 16-
paned hornless sashes. All windows have brick quoins and lintels with keystones.
Gabled slate roof to brick and stone rubble porch with 4-paned side windows.
A very unspoilt example of a typical Rolle estate late C19 farmhouse.
