On the common boundary of the Parishes of Bitton (in the District of Kingswood)
and Wick and Abson (in the District of Northavon).
Late C18/early C19 projecting barn to north extends along side of Highfield
Farmhouse - rubble with central draught doors and pantile roof. Hipped gabled
midstrey and set back to right on east front. The south gable end of this
barn is supported on an 'L'-plan extension from the house's early C18 wing
and fronts a foldyard of rubble and pantile outbuildings facing east. A good
group in a prominent position.
