C18. On corner of Church Road. Main elevation to north. Rendered and
grooved as ashlar. Modern pantile roof, coped gables. Two storeys, 5
windows, glazing bar sashes in plain stone architraves (some with slight
moulding). Flat headed angular bay to ground floor left with fixed-light
small-paned windows, fascia and cornice. Central architrave door opening,
stone slab hood on brackets. Plain end pilaster to left, moulded cornice,
ashlar parapet with coping. Return elevation to Church Road has a 2 storey
one window extension plus an old (mid-C19) brewhouse with 2 louvred 1st
floor windows over double doors and pantile roof.
