At right-angles to road and forming 'T' plan with No 114. Mid-C19 picturesque.
Two storeys rubble, moulded cornice with chevron pattern, crenellated parapet.
Pantile roof with coped verges. Three windows, plate glass sashes with
wooden drips, right hand window paired. Door to left of centre with early
C20 gabled and tiled porch. Included for group value.
