Circa C17 timber-framed cottage heightened in C18. Painted roughcast.
Sandstone plinth. Timber framing exposed at rear. Steeply pitched modern
plain tile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys, two-window range. Modern
panelled oak door to left and modern six-light mullion/transom casements. At
first floor two four-light mullion/transom casements. At rear projecting
sandstone chimney stack with red brick shaft. Interior: some timber framing
exposed, chamfered and stop-ended ceiling beams, open fireplace.
