Circa 1600 range of timber-framed cottages modernised in C20. Extended by one
bay to east. Tall sandstone plinth. Painted brick infill panels. The later
bay is of painted brick. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends.
One storey and attic, six-window range. Two doors and adjoining rectangular
oriel bay windows under lean-to roofs. Two splayed oriel windows and two
one-light casements. Six gabled dormers, the central four with four-light
mullion/transom casements. The two dormers at ends with two and three-light
casements. All windows with glazing bars. Two brick ridge chimney stacks.
The later bay to east has flat arched vehicle entrance with wooden doors.
