Pair of houses, late C18 or early C19,of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings,
Collyweston stone slate roof, stone ridge and end stacks. Each house 2 storeys,
2 window range with central door. Band runs right across above ground and 1st floor
openings, each of which have cambered heads and double keystones. No 35 has 3-light
casement windows with cills, and a 4-panel door. No 37 has 4-pane sash windows with
cills, and a similar door, but with large bracketed hood over.
