Cottage, C17 in origin, of rubble with ashlar dressings, beneath Collyweston stone
slate roof which has been raised. Stone ridge and end stacks. 1½-storeys, 3 window
range, panelled door in wooden trellis porch between central and right hand bays.
Two-light casement windows with flush keystones above, in ashlar band running right
across. Three 2-light gabled dormers.
