Cottage. Early C15. Cruck built open hall with C17 and later alterations and
additions. Timber-frame with later brick infill painted white. Plain-tiled roof.
Originally 3 cells with large open hall, now 2. The bay to the north has been
demolished. On east wall a C20 gable dormer and C20 leaded light casements at
ground floor. Doorway at north end of east wall. C20 part-glazed door. Cruck
blades visible, showing spurs and small frame panelling. Full cruck construction
with collar. The apex construction of the blades is obscured by barge-boarding.
