Morris Farmhouse

Farmhouse, probably early C18 altered. Irregular English garden wall
bond brown brickwork; grey slate roof. 3 storeys; 2 windows. Door of
6 fielded panels; replaced recessed 4-pane sashes in openings with
flat gauged-brick arches in 1st and 2nd storeys and soldier arches in
3rd storey; rebuilt flush gable chimneys.
Interior: Lower storey has some oak beams, some doors of 6 fielded
panels, 1 early C18 door of 2 fielded panels; simple painted dogleg
stair, probably of oak. The upper storeys could not be inspected.
