Former row of four cottages, dated 1850, converted to two in 2004-2005. Of coursed squared stone with steeply-pitched Collyweston stone slate roof and three ridge stacks with twin shafts set diagonally. One and a half storeys, 1-4-1, gabled end projections. String course between storeys. Central buttress with datestone above. Four gabled two-light casement dormer windows, three-light windows with mullions and transom to ground floor. Doorways to former Nos.14 and 15 in arched recesses. Former Nos.15 and 16 entered from the sides.
