Small country villa. Circa 1815, altered mid C19. Ashlar; roof concealed behind
parapet, moulded cornice. Greek revival. 2 storeys and basement. West elevation:
3 bays, the outer ones being 2 storey bay windows with 4-pane glazing bar sash windows
in chamfered surrounds and with arched gothick heads on the ground floor; central
windows have rebated surrounds; plain band over ground floor and heavily moulded
cornice. South elevation: 3 bays with end pilasters, the central one being a 2 storey
bow; French windows on ground floor; glazing bar sashes on first; cast iron balcony
to centre. North elevation: 3 bays with end pilasters, central 2 storey porch with
Doric columns in antis, moulded cornice; glazing bar sash windows with plain band
over ground floor; glazed door. Formerly a rectory.
