Farmhouse. C17. Timber framed construction, some brick casing, some rough cast,
the whole colour washed. C20 tile roof. T-plan, 2 storeys and attics, with later
single-storeyed addition within SW angle. SE elevation: 2 C20 casements to each
floor, central 4 panel door, brick central multiple ridge stack. Lean-to addition
to NE gable end. NW gable retains sash to first floor and 2-light horizontal sash
with glazing bars to attic. House situated within moated site.
