C18 with late C19 alterations, 2 storey and attics. Old clay tile roof. Two
dormers. Rusticated plaster ground floor, plain plaster first floor with roughcast
panels and crude vermiculated quoins. Deep curved eaves cornice. Two double
hung sash windows with shallow cornices. Ground floor left hand bay has continuous
cornice with adjoining doorway; central modern casement with cornice; right hand
doorway has similar cornice.
