Circa 1870s. Gault brick, one storey. Slate roof behind stone capped parapet.
Stone cornice with heavy brick modillions. Building is 4 bays wide with 2 outer
bays slightly projecting and heavily rusticated. Each of 3 left hand bays has
arched sash window with marginal glazing bars and heavy keystones. Doorway to
right with semi-circular fanlight.
