House. C17, reworked C19. Timber framed structure with red brick infill.
Half-hipped roof, slates to front slope, clay tiles to rear slope. 3-room
plan, 2 storeys and attics. SE elevation: ground and first floors each have
3 3-light casements with glazing bars. Attic has 3 box dormers with 2-light
casements with glazing bars. Doorway between 2 RH windows. This and RH window
are enclosed by mid C19 porch and a glazed walkway/conservatory leading to C19
single-storeyed addition which projects from RH end. This C19 block is of
colourwashed brick, with slate roof and sash windows. Main block front door
is to RH gable end, with plank door under moulded cut bracketed cornice hood.
Red brick chimney stacks to rear elevation. C19 brick additions to rear
elevation.
