House. Later C18, probably refronting of earlier building. Colourwashed
rendered exterior, possibly over some timber framing. Hipped clay tile roof.
L-plan. 2 storeys. Variety of sash windows with glazing bars, 3 to ground
floor, 5 to first floor. Those to RH room are C19 tripartite sashes. First
floor window above door also C19. Others are earlier, small-paned, of broader
proportions, and have moulded frames. Doorway between 2 RH bays has 6-moulded
panel door surmounted by rectangular fanlight with semi-circular ornamental
ironwork. Slender reeded half-columns support simple entablature and flat
hood. Carriageway to LH with moulded timber surround. Timber dentil cornice to
eaves.
