Mid-late C18. 4 storeys. Narrow stucco frontage with full-height angled bay.
Modillion cornice. Parapet. Tripartite glazing bar sash windows in flush
moulded frames. Coved lintel cornice over 1st and 2nd floors. Modern ground
floor shop front. Interior: contemporary 4-flight staircase between 1st and
2nd floors: turned balusters, 1 shaped newel retained, straight string. Apart
from this a little panelling and fireplace on 1st floor and a stair landing
also on 1st floor at rear.
