Town house with shop. Mid C19, possibly a refronting of an
earlier house. Stucco on studwork to front; asbestos slate
roof and brick stack on the left. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys; 2-window range with C20 4-pane horned sashes.
Ground floor has full-width simple entablature over altered
mid C19 pilastered shopfront with doorway towards right and
original 6-panel house door at far right.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value in a
significant group of C17 and C18 houses.
