Timber-framed and plastered house with a cross wing at the south end. Built
circa 1600 but much renovated and altered. Two storeys and attics. The upper
storey is jettied on the whole front and the cross wing has a carved bressummer
and carved bargeboards. The ground storey is faced in brick. Four window
range of modern casements. At the north end there are two 2-storeyed bays.
Roof tiled, hipped at the north end, with 2 hipped dormers and a large central
chimney stack with the top rebuilt. At the south end there is a large external
stack with 2 square shafts set diagonally on a rectangular base (rebuilt).
