Barn. Mid-late C18, altered. Timber frame with weatherboard cladding;
corrugated iron roof with some plain tiles to rear roof and to midstray.
3 bays with rear aisle, with bay added on right and aisle added to right.
Formerly central opposed cart entries with board double doors, that
at front under slightly raised roof, that at rear in gabled midstray.
Yard elevation has inserted window on left; corrugated-iron lean-to
on right, not of special interest; and roof hipped at left end. Interior:
some re-used timbers; wall posts with sharply-cut jowels, arched and
straight braces to plates and tie-beams; knee-braces to front entrance;
queen-strut roof trusses with through purlins; old rafters; plank wind-
braces.
