House. Late C16 and early C17, extensively altered in C18. Timber framed and
plastered, with red plain tile hipped roof. 2 storeys. 3 window range of
double hung sashes with glazing bars. 2 ground floor, C19 bay windows. C18
central door with flat hood on brackets. Coved eaves cornice. C20 extension
at rear. Internally is good c.1600 staircase, with moulded handrail and turned
balusters. Some original frame is exposed internally with moulded bridging
joists. (RCHM 10).
