Inscription: -Pray for the soul of that venerable man Master Ralph Eyre formerly of Offerton in the county of Derby and Elizabeth his wife. Which the aforesaid Ralph died in the year of our Lord 1493-. Arms Argent on a chevron sable three quatrefoils of the field (Eyre). (Photo Jun 2016).
