C20. Coursed squared coal measures sandstone rubble, with
ashlar dressings, quoins, cusp-moulded stonework to west gable,
plain gable to east end. Gable and ridge brick stacks, except

roof slope, corrugated sheeting to rear. Two storeys, eight
