above. Interior. C17 oak square panelling to two ground floor

Evidence of an advanced wing now lost in this area may be seen
in the disturbed panels of ceiling plasterwork on the south
side. The central ground floor room has a C17 stone hearth with
massive cambered head and quoined surround. West range retains
a late C17 triple arch hearth range.
