Farmbuildings, the east range formerly a house. Late Cl7
converted early C19. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. Slate
roof with coped gables and kneelers. Ashlar eaves band. Irregular
quoins. 2 storey. West wing has raised south west gable end with
single upper loft doorway. South-east front from left has a part-
blocked doorway, a small , a boarded door, a small window and a
further boarded door and beyond another small window. Above a
loft doorway. East wing, former house, south west front has to
left a blocked C17, 2 light chamfered mullion window, then two
doorways that to right with massive quoins and beyond a small
window. Above to the left a further blocked C17, 2 light
chamfered mullion window, and above the right door a loft doorway
also with massive quoins. Rear, north-east front has off-centre
7 step stone staircase, built partly across a further C17, 2
light chamfered mullion window, to the right 2 doorways under a
single wooden lintel, that to right blocked. Above a loft doorway
with massive quoins, with to the right a tiny window. Beyond to
the right a single bay addition with a doorway and window above.
Walls attached to south-east gable partly demolished.
INTERIOR contains C17 stone fireplace, chamfered beams and some
re-used roof timbers. Former north, exterior , gable wall has a
two light C17 blocked chamfered mullion window and former
external 7 step staircase.
