Row of three cottages, formerly public house. Late C18. Coursed rubble gritstone with
quoins to the central range, together with coped gables and moulded kneelers. Intermediate
and gable end brick stacks and stone and welsh slated roofs. Two storeys, three
bays, that to north east end lower, being stepped downwards. Taller bays with
sash windows, some in plain surrounds, some with heads and cills. Lower bay with
stacked 2-light flush mullioned windows. Three doorways all with massive lintels and
quoined surrounds, and all with six-panel doors. Centre door with upper two panels
glazed.
