Outbuilding to the north
east of the Derwent Hotel.

Outbuilding. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone with quoins, end brick stacks
and a welsh slated roof. Two storeys, three bays with glazing bar sashes with
lintels and projecting cills. Ground floor with three quoined doorways, each
with substantial lintels, and planked stable doors. Listed for group value.
