Farmhouse. Circa 1850 in Tudor style. Stuccoed stone rubble with joint lining.
Gabled slate roof with ornate shaped and cusped bargeboard with pendants at the
apices. Two storeys. Three window range. Two asymmetrical gables with narrow
recess between with slightly projecting gabled porch with similar bargeboards
and chamfered four-centred arch doorway with moulded doorcase and nail-studded
door with gothick panels. Plain sash windows with glazing bars and plain stone
cills. Plain rendered chimney stacks, one diagonally set. The roof is hipped at
back (east) and there is a flat roof extension on this side.
