House and shop. Probably later C19 possibly incorporating earlier structure.
Smooth rendered, hipped slate roof, large external brick stack with offsets,
right. Three storeys, one window. Ground floor has canted 1:4:1-light plate
glass display window with box fascia continued left over C20 glazed door. At
first floor a 4-pane sash oriel window, and to second floor a C20 non-conforming
wooden casement. Included primarily for group value.
