Courtyard of farm buildings. C17, C18 and C19. Generally of timber framing.
Large C17 barn on south east corner of group with gabled pegtile roof, part
black weatherboarding, part exposed frame and with gabled midstreys on north
east flank. To the north west of this a lower slate roofed and black boarded
outbuilding. The west side is enclosed with a pegtile roofed and black boarded,
former cart lodge with cast iron posts. On west side is a large C18 barn/
granary with pegtile roof; upper parts of framing over brick base. This has a
balcony on the south west corner with iron railing and pent roof. To the south
of this is a long narrow pegtiled roofed range of stables with exposed C19
framing and hipped end. The southern side of the court is enclosed by 2 curved
sections of flint wall with central opening.
