Farmhouse. Probably late Cl7, altered in C19. Colourwashed rendered stone rubble
and some cob. Slate roofs with gable ends. Axial brick stack and rubble stacks
with tapered caps at right gable end, heightened in brick, and to gable end of
right-angled rear projection. T-shaped on plan, with single rooms each side of
central staircase, right-angled 2-storey projection to rear forms kitchen and
dairy range. Rebuilding of left side of main range which is slightly recessed
probably in C19. 2 storeys. 4-window range of C19 2- and 3-light casements 3
panes per light. Slated gabled porch with wide 6-panelled door, flanked by two
3-light casements, 3 panes per light with timber lintels. 2-light casement 6
panes per light at left end. Interior altered.
