Cottage. Probably early C18. Painted rendered stone rubble and cob. Slate roof
with gable end rendered stacks and rendered stack to gable end of rear service wing.
Plan: 2-room and central passage plan, virtually symmetrical, with gable-ended
service wing to rear right side.
2 storeys. 2-window range. Early C20 fenestration. All 2-light casements, 6 panes
per light except ground floor right-hand window which is 3 lights, 6 panes per
light. Gabled slate roof to porch which has plank door with 2 glazed upper panels.
Interior: Not inspected.
