Headstone. Circa 1829 in memory of Elizabeth Handcock and her siblings, signed by
Howell of Chumleigh. Slate. Upright slab standing approximately 1.2 metres high
with flat top and concave corners. It has a fluted frame around the inscription
which in upper and lower case Roman serif letters records the death of the
children, all of them under 11 years, Elizabeth (died 1826), Harriet (died 1826)
and Mary Ann (died 1829).
